Programs

2 programs

Gymnastics: at girls inc., our gymnastics program stands as a beacon of empowerment and athleticism for young girls aged 5-18. Gymnastics offers a unique avenue for girls to discover their physical capabilities, build confidence, and foster leadership and teamwork. We focus on enhancing motor skills, agility, and flexibility while instilling values of discipline and perseverance. Gymnastics teaches girls to push past their limits, embrace challenges, and celebrate their achievements. Beyond the gym mat, these lessons resonate in every aspect of their lives, shaping them into strong, capable young women ready to face the world with grace and grit.

Expenses: $432K

Teen programs: as teens, girls learn to assert and express themselves, develop their self-image, define their morals and values, and plan for the future. They gain more independence, navigate increased social pressures, and hone their sense of who they want to be as they move into their future. The teen years are a challenging time for many girls, as they are developing their identity while facing many negative messages. Girls inc. Supports teen girls' success by providing a wide range of physical, intellectual and emotional activities to explore, preparing them to thrive in every stage in life. Most teen programs are offered free of charge, with the exception of summer camps, which are highly subsidized.
