Summer programs (smart ups, eureka!, stem camps, passport to college, business buildhers, hoag): gioc's summer programs are offered to students entering 1st-12th grade in the areas of stem, entrepreneurship, leadership, life skills, college, and career readiness and more. These camps are designed to increase participants' skill development, relationship building, and confidence. In 2024, we provided 19 summer programs, reaching 473 girls.

College and career readiness (girls meet the workforce, college bound, project accelerate): gioc provides intensive, comprehensive college and career programming to high school students. College programming supports girls in establishing their personal and academic goals to be a competitive college applicant and a successful college student. Career readiness programming helps girls identify their career interests and prepares them for today's workforce through hard and soft skills building and a placement at an externship within an oc business. This programming continues through girls' college education in project accelerate where participants receive mentorship throughout their undergraduate education and beyond. Gioc is serving 81 girls through project accelerate. In 2024, gioc's college and career programming served 659 girls.

Virtual programs (g3, literacy, national scholars, youtube): due to the success of reaching more girls from areas/cities not previously reached, we continue to offer several of our programs virtually. This programming provides students with a fun, engaging way to connect with other students in orange county and makes our programs more accessible to students who are unable to travel to our in-person program sites. We also continue to upload videos to youtube for participants to learn asynchronously. In 2024, we continued to provide a selection of virtual programs and reached girls throughout orange county. In 2024, we served 852 girls through virtual programs.in 2024, gioc served 9,433 girls, an increase of 204 more girls served than in 2023. This success was due to our diverse, holistic programming groups. Gioc programs have been proven to change girls' lives, resulting in significant increases in self-esteem, grades, preparation for higher education, community involvement, interest in stem subjects, and financial independence. Gioc is committed to helping girls in orange county grow up to be strong, smart, and bold.gioc provides programs for girls from kindergarten through college and the workforce with instruction, mentorship, and support they need to be successful throughout their lives. Each year, gioc impacts the lives of girls throughout the county, leading them through holistic, research-based, evidence-informed programming that infuses sel (social emotional learning)-content in the areas of stem (science, technology, engineering, and math), financial literacy, positive body image, healthy relationships, and college/career readiness. All these programs are developed to be age appropriate for girls and to meet them where they are at in their personal lives. Gioc prioritizes providing services to girls who live in areas where the need is greatest.
