Eureka! Teen achievement program: the eureka! Teen achievement program (eureka) is a year-round, five-year program commitment in which 8th through 12th grade girls will focus on science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (stem) education. The program fosters educational, professional and personal development with a focus on leadership and community advocacy, with complementary activities in sports and physical fitness, healthy living, and financial literacy. For in-person programming, a portion of eureka takes place in a college campus environment, increasing the likelihood that they will pursue higher education and careers in stem fields.
Outreach - prevention:outreach programs (over 9,130 girls served in 2024) provide education on stem, leadership, advocacy, teen prevention programs and sel. These classes follow the curricula developed at the national level of girls incorporated. A locally developed life skills program is also offered. For in-person programming, classes are provided at 84 sites throughout the st. Louis metropolitan area including schools, community centers, churches and other nonprofit organizations.

The program fosters educational, professional and personal development with a focus on leadership and community advocacy, with complementary activities in sports and physical fitness, healthy living, and financial literacy.
