Gotr moco works to ensure programming is accessible to and inclusive of all girls interested in participating by administering financial assistance and providing running shoes to those demonstrating need. This year, gotr moco provided approximately $185,000 in financial assistance and discounts to approximately 1850 program and 5k participants. Over $10,000 in running shoes were provided to 310 participants.

The heart & sole (h&s) program for middle school participants is designed to meet the unique needs of 6th-8th grade girls of all abilities. The program considers the whole person - body, brain, heart, spirit, and social connection. H&s offers an inclusive place of belonging, where participants feel supported and inspired to explore their emotions, cultivate empathy and strengthen their physical and emotional health. At the end of the season, all team members complete a 5k. This year, 12 h&s teams met serving approximately 125 participants.
