To operate an independent council of the national Girls on the Run organization,whose purpose is the creation and operation of programs aimed at third through fifth grade girls; specifically, running games, running events, and physical workouts as a base for lessons promoting physical, emotional, social and spiritual growth through quality, life-changing experiences and through an environment by which girls and women reach their full potentials.
