St. Johns Kayoro Health Center: Our clinic provided basic medical services to over 24,000 people in 2024. The clinic focuses on maternal and child health immunizations family planning HIV testing and many other services. Regular health outreaches are done in rural settings for people who cannot reach the clinic.

Economic Development Program. Our staff works with small multi-purpose cooperatives in the district of Tororo. We provide leadership and management training teaching the cooperative members how to manage their cooperative and run small savings and loan operations through the cooperative. We also provide small business training and help them identify cash crops that will be profitable. We also help them develop market connections to sell their products.
