Gleaners distribution corporation (gdc) is a 100% owned non-profit subsidary of gleaners community food bank of southeastern michigan (gcfb). Gdc was set up to facilitate the new markets tax credit financing transaction for gcfb. Gdc owns a 181,475 square foot industrial warehouse facility and related equipment that it leases to gcfb for its volume distribution operations that provide food and programming to its service area.
