To provide exceptional health care and quality of life through innovative programs to those we serve within our community. Our services are made available to all income levels and include a continuing care retirement community with skilled nursing and enriched housing.

Glen arden's 40-bed skilled nursing facility provides a variety of medical, clinical, social and psychological services to individuals of all income levels. In 2024 our skilled nursing facility provided 12,564 days of exceptional health care to our residents.
Glen arden's enriched housing provides a safe comfortable and caring home for seniors who wish to maintain their independence but need assistance with daily living activities. The year ended with 16 out of 28 units occupied.
