Glen Hope Care Farm

The mission of glenn hope care farm is to help veterans overcome challenges through on-farm activities, nature, and community outreach. The program operates on 43-acres of farmland in york county, pa where it offers alternative therapuetic options to veterans who are struggling emotionally, physically, mentally, or spiritually. In 2024, the founder of the organization was recognized with the pennsylvania governor's keystone award for the significant contribution to the community.
