Glen Rose Lions Foundation Inc

The primary exempt purpose of the organization is to solicit, collect and otherwise raise money for charitable purposes; to expand, contribute, disburse, and otherwie handle and dispose of the same for such purposes relating to the aims and goals of the glen rose lions club, this foundation and the international association of lions clubs. Including contributions to other lions entities or institutions organized for the same or similar purposes; to assist in harmonizing and making more efficient work of other charitable or nonprofit organizations in the local community; all of which shall be within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code.
