The orgainization is dedicated to fostering the advancement of pipe band music through performance, competition, parades and education and creating an atmosphere in which pipers, drummers, supporters and leadership work together in the spirit of mutual respect, appreciation, cooperation and enjoyment, united together in the pursuit of musical excellence at all levels while maintaining Scottish tradition.
