Children's Heartlink was formed to save children's lives by transforming pediatric heart care in underserved parts of the world. Global Alliance for Rheumatic and Congenital Hearts is an association of organizations who work together to improve worldwide life-long outcomes in childhood-onset heart disease through empowering patient and family organizations. Noemi de Stroutz provided a grant to Children's Heartlink to create a fund called the "Coherence Fund" to support activities that promote the life-long care and well-being of congential and rheumatic heart disease patients and Children's Hearltink has determined that the best way to achieve the purposes of the Coherence Fund is to provide grants from the Coherence Fund to Global Alliance for Rheumatic and Congenital Hearts to achieve its purposes.
