Global Equity Organization

Web based education and local chapter meetings geo continued to support our mission to bring share plan education to participants around the globe with a focus on regular, recurring live web-based sessions throughout the year, produced both regionally by geo's local chapters and from the organization centrally. In 2024, the organization served our global membership of nearly 5,000 members with free programming that included webcasts, virtual and in-person local chapter meetings as well as geo's northern california forum and the pan european regional event held in london, united kingdom.

Member resourcesin addition to our geographically diverse conference and regional events, geo provided our members a suite of services including on demand education via our learning management system, our monthly geoinsights e-newsletter, our repository of global share plan information housed on the geo website, our annual global equity insights survey and global share plan rankings study (available to geo members), unlimited access to our private online community, geoconnect, where members can ask and answer questions with colleagues around the world 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and our selection of honorary programs such as geo fellows, geo future leaders and geo awards, as well as various volunteer opportunities.
