To advocate for equitable access to effective hiv prevention, care, treatment and support for gay men and bisexual men.

In 2024, mpact reached over 500,000 lgbti people with social media messaging and funding for sexual health services. Mpact supported 12 regional networks and 37 community based organizations. Distributed 1.1 m in grants and contracts, provided technical assistance to people and organizations in 31 countries.
Gilead: through funding from gilead, mpact worked with senior people of color living with hiv in the us and queer people living with hiv in mexico, colombia and brazil. These projects provided opportunities for communities to come together, discuss stigma and barriers to wellness and health in their lives, and develop advocacy strategies. The projects also produced narratives around living with hiv and other issues for podcasts, social media and public meetings.
Gsk: mpact was able to produce vaccine education for gay, bisexual and other men who have sex with men. The vaccines included: mpox, hepatitis, hpv and meningococcus. Education spots appeared online in social media and on platforms such as grindr.
