To provide distributions to organizations that quality as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code, or corresponding section of any future federal tax code and to operate exclusively for the benefit of, to perform the functions of or to conduct charitable and educational purposes of the global leadership academy charter school.
