Global Friends In Action Inc

Youth job skills training: gfia supported more than 100 students in 2024 to participate in a combined classroom and apprenticeship job skills training program. A majority of students continue to be female. The curriculum includes food preparation, computer fundamentals, communications, environmental health, and entrepreneurial skills. A majority of students continue to find employment, including in hotels, lodges, restaurants, or in their own businesses, shortly after completing the program.
