Grassroots efforts: ghm supports efforts to train and sustain community health workers (chw) to build capacity in lower & middle income countries to improve health and effect sustainable and enduring change. In 2024, ghm supported chw programs in el salvador, madagascar, nigeria, and tanzania.

Leadership training: upon request, ghm offers consultants in governance, management, and leadership for health leaders in the developing world, through our consulting department. In 2024, ghm conducted 5 consultations in 5 countries and is enhancing long-term relationships in several partner countries. Ghm funded 1817 scholarships and training in 5 countries.
