The corporation aims to enhance and expand the cooperative efforts of the sponsoring countries by establishing a central point for mental health & disability leaders in networking, educating mental health leaders, acting as a resource for mental health & disability leaders in sponsoring and developing countries, and identifying best practices with regard to mental health & disability services management and operaational policies.

Sponsoring country leadership group which is aimed at encouraging the global community's involvement in collaborative work in mental health, substance abuse, and developmental disability fields. This group is aimed at gaining participation and funding from the country's principal agency whose responsibility is to assist persons with matters relating to mental health & disability.
Provide support to global leadership exchange disability leadership as well as to leaders who are involved with persons who have a wide range of disabilities.
