Global leadership development is a non-profit organization focused on providing leadership training programs in emerging and developing countries throughout asia and beyond. Our training focuses on competencies essential to effective leadership across all levels of society, from established professionals to early careerists. At every stage, our goal is to develop the unbelievable potential of people by providing the highest level of education, preparing potential to meet opportunity.

Afghan emergency fund:this fund was used to support urgent needs as they arose related to the crisis in afghanistan during 2021 following withdrawal of foreign forces. These expenses were spent on urgent needs including but not limited to food and safe housing.
Education in afghanistan:during 2024, global leadership international conducted its institute in afghanistan, teaching students about many aspects of leadership development. The institute celebrated graduation of its eighth class indecember 2024. Gli's aim is to develop leadership capacity within potential leaders in underdeveloped or developing contexts.
