Monthly informationnd, news reports, access to the global virtual library, to the international knowledge center and networking between members and markets, as well as access to the most important retail conferences and events worldwide further this purpose as follows: to promote the importance of advertising to the points of sale as part of the "marketing mix", to develop high "standards and encourage their use in practive; provide constant updates to the industry interested in producing, distributing and communicating technical and/or adverstising materials for the points of sale equipment; to provide opportunities for the exchange of ideas and experiences; to conduct market research, both nationally and internationally, in order to develop more effective strategies, marking availabel research and/or existing studies.
