The Women's Artpreneurship Initiative is a program developed by Global Ties Akron to empower women artists and entrepreneurs in the Greater Akron area. Launched in 2024, the initiative focuses on helping participants refine their creative business ideas, connect with community resources across Northeast Ohio, and build momentum toward achieving their entrepreneurial goals. By participating in the Women's Artpreneurship Initiative, women artists gain valuable skills and connections to advance their creative enterprises, contributing to the cultural and economic vitality of the Greater Akron community.
