To promote sportsmanship, assist in the elimination of juvenile delinquency, provide health, social, educational and character development of boys and girls throughout the gloucester township area, and to provide the ways and means for boys and girls to play the game of street hockey in a supervised manner regardless of race, creed or national origin.
