Education Finance: Goal Beyond intends to meet the needs of traditionally underserved and marginalized learners by offering affordable and accessible types of education financing, including low-cost loans, scholarships, grants, and/or income share agreements ("GB Access Loans") for learners to pay for the cost of attendance and living expenses associated with obtaining higher education and training. GB Access Loans will be made available to learners who generally are unable to obtain cost-effective financing due to low income, poor credit and/or lack of access to qualified co-signers/sponsors and will have terms (e.g., interest rates, fees, available loan amounts, etc.) equal to or better than those commercially available to such learners at the time. Goal Beyond intends to use third-party origination platforms and servicers for GB Access Loans but will maintain oversight responsibility for product development and implementation, and serve as the purchaser of GB Access Loans originated by third parties. Goal Beyond will finance its education finance activities through grants, program related investments and investments by third-parties in one or more GB Access Loan funds to be created and managed by Goal Beyond.

Rehabilitation for Delinquent and Defaulted Borrowers: Goal Beyond, through its Economic Mobility Fund, seeks to identify and rehabilitate borrowers with delinquent and or defaulted student loans by acquiring the debt of such borrowers, forgiving any outstanding balances on such loans, and working with such borrowers to repair their credit profile by offering services (directly or through partners) to assist such borrowers to get "back on track". Further, Goal Beyond will conduct research to determine the policies and practices that most impact or lead student loan borrowers to default and the changes that could be made to prevent such defaults in the future. Goal Beyond will raise grant and other program related investment funds to finance the Economic Mobility Fund.

Research and Advocacy Programs: Goal Beyond will participate in researching information, data, and statistics regarding post-completion employment, income gains and upward mobility for post-secondary learners of all types. Goal Beyond intends to gather longitudinal data with respect to college and skills training program outcomes
