GOAL-Justice is an interfaith coalition of racially and economically diverse congregations that work together to create systemic change through unified direct action. At the annual Nehemiah Action we brought together over 1,100 people and elected officials in pursuit of Pedestrian Safety and Eviction Reform.

Regarding Eviction Reform, at the Nehemiah Action we asked state legislators to support bills SB.56 and H.4270 to seal or expunge evictions from a tenant's permanent record, in anticipation of bringing the statewide evictions down from 3X the national average to closer to the national average.
