To increase the opportunity, knowledge and effectiveness of its members; to better the members' training, education and equipment; to plan for the adults and youths of the community; to uphold the honor and integrity of the police profession; to advance police education and police science; to devise methods and activities that will assist in curbing juvinille delinquency, and; to conduct and transact the business of the police association.
