Gohan Society

The mission of the gohan society is to foster a mutual appreciation of culinary heritage between the united states and japan through outreach to chefs, culinary arts students and professionals and food enthusiasts. We are committed to the principles of cultural and gastronomic education and exchange. In support of our mission, we worked on the following programs in 2023 as described below in line 4.
