Beautification of public space - enhance the beauty and protect the heritage of the chicago, il neighborhood between and including north avenue and bellevue place, and north lake shore drive and clark street, for the benefit of the neighbors, the city of chicago at large, and for all those who visit the area's lakefront and parkways.

Other - provide outreach to area residents and businesses; provide area residents and businesses with a newsletter published three times a year, and host an annual meeting featuring a forum with local elected officials.
