To use the cooperative business model to assist California communities to create and manage non-profit, member-owned, member-controlled energy cooperatives that provide honest, efficient, affordable, and reliable electric service. Golden State Power Cooperative strives to minimize the legislative and regulatory burden on California's electric cooperatives so that they can serve their communities affordably.
