Scholarship programs. The Foundation grants scholarships to support the careers of students from underrepresented groups in healthcare so they can advance health equity in their fields, and for their patients. The Foundation has three scholarship programs 1 Future Black Physicians and Physician Associates 2 Equity in Pharmacy and 3 Nurses for Change. Each scholarship awards 10 students or recent graduates with 5,000.

Contraceptive Access grants. The Foundation provides grants of 10,000-15,000 to nonprofit organizations and health clinics offering contraceptive health services and programs to vulnerable populations. Funding is used to assist low-income patients with access to contraception and reproductive health education.
