Workforce development program services - goodwill provides educational and career services, job placement and post-employment support to individuals with disabilities and other challenges to employment so they can find and keep jobs. Individuals receive training and education, work experience, employment placement and follow-up services through these programs. Goodwill programs strengthen our community by forming a pathway towards success for those who have not been able to find or maintain employment on their own.

Contracts/industrial services programs - goodwill provides job training and employment opportunities for people with disabilities and other challenges to employment through contract work for businesses, federal, state and local government, and other community partners. These contracts offer a variety of work experience and training in custodial services, grounds, manufacturing, packaging, assembly, recycling, mailing services and other administrative areas.
