Services are available in person or through our career portal. Goodwill has helped thousands of Arkansans find jobs. Our services include career assessment, career counseling and coaching, Career Readiness Certification, interview preparation, job readiness training, job search assistance, resume assistance, disability support services for employees, Books for Kids program, and community resource connections.

The Transitional Employment Opportunity (TEO) program offers job readiness training and job placement services to individuals re-entering the workforce and community after being justice-involved. Our staff understands the challenges these individuals face and offers a supportive environment. The TEO program is a 16-week paid job training program that includes job search assistance and leads, job readiness skills, Career Readiness Certification, resume building, access to community support services, and durable skills training.

The Academy at Goodwill, licensed by the Arkansas State Board of Private Career Education, provides training needed to secure new employment and career advancement. Each program offers opportunities for non-traditional students to earn industry-recognized credentials that lead directly to employment in jobs that pay a living wage. We offer accelerated and affordable programs in a variety of fields. Scholarships are available to individuals who meet certain requirements. In FY 2024, students of The Academy at Goodwill earned 1,037 certifications or credentials.
