Goodwill partners with the community, transforming donated goods into job training, education, and placement services, for individuals with barriers to employment.

In 2024, 4,838 people accessed Goodwill SOLAC's job programs. Of those participants who accessed those services, 535 entered training programs, 500 completed training programs, and 356 individuals were placed into employment.
LiNKS Sign Language and Interpreting Services provides interpreters to assist the hearing impaired in communications, as well as translation services in over thirty languages including Arabic, Mandarin, Vietnamese, and Korean. In 2024, LiNKS served over 2153 individuals, (1098 for ASL and 1055 for language). Revenues generated from the retail operations and LiNKS supports our Work Force Development programs.
