Food system - provide direct monetary grant to named supported organization, whidbey island nourishes, which helps those experiencing food insecurity including providing meals for low income childern outside of school hours. Facilitate farming community representation/communication with county officials.
Environment - provide direct monetary grant to named supported organization, whidbey watershed stewards, to preserve rural landscape and ecosystem. Promote local farmers.
