Gove Lodge Company

Primary et purpose: a masonic building recognized by the state of washington as a public meeting place under washington state exemption 84.36.037. Program service accomplishments: 1. To hold title to and manage real and personal property of the corporation for the benefit of the lodge. 2. To provide a building for fraternal and social purposes of the lodge. 3. To provide a suitable place for the lodge and its individual members to practice, foster and promote the principles of freemasonry and the social, moral and spiritual benefits of masonic influence. 4. To distribute to the lodge all net income in excess of cash reserves necessary to pay annual expenses of operation, maintenance, repairs, taxes, insurance and other current expenses.
