The gem publication is electronically published for the benefit of member organizations and features articles pertaining to key information - technology management issues and technical subjects of particular interest to inofrmation technology professionals.

The gmis user listserve is an open means of communication between and amongst members in good standing that is used for the sole purpose of sharing ideas, solving problems and having members avoid reinventing the wheel for issues that others have solved. The listserve and its use has saved gmis members countless hours of work while saving thousands of dollars for member agencies.
