Governor Bob Orr Indiana Entrepreneurial Fellowship

In 2024 orr fellowship continued to offer learning and development events to our members including national speakers, business leader speaker series, functional workshops, diversity, equity, and inclusion trainings, and leadership development programming.

Expenses related to operating the organization at a high level including the 3 full-time employees. The ftes are responsible for creating and delivering all programming related to the recruitment process and execution of the learning and development events. Throughout the year, funds from the lilly endowment were invested in capacity increasing activities allowing the small team to scale operations without scaling headcount.
