Positive relationships with adultsgpp recruited 236 mentors, supported 80+ mentoring programs, and distributed $245,000 in grants through the connecticut mentoring fund. We offered 270+ hours of technical assistance and hosted statewide training and collaborative sessions to strengthen 4,000 mentor-mentee relationships. We also convened youth through targeted leadership and development initiatives focused on resilience, empowerment, and connection. Mentoring changes outcomes. 300 youth were engaged in direct peer-leadership and advocacy events and opportunities. Gpp builds the systems and capacity to ensure youth across connecticut are connected, supported, and positioned for success.
Public-private partnerships: scaling what worksgpp united over 40 partners to expand prevention and mentoring across connecticut. We launched school-based mentoring in 14 districts, expanded technical training statewide, and managed multi-million-dollar grants with strong fiscal oversight. Nationally recognized for strategic leadership, gpp aligns systems to drive youth success. Our impact was spotlighted when connecticut youth leader neha shanavas received the international cadca youth award. Partners like mohegan sun help advance this work by investing in scalable solutions that meet youth and families where they are. Your investment supports statewide systems change that improves outcomes for youth sustainably, and at scale.
