Magadi: Purchased a tractor, generator, farm implements, and additional construction hand tools; performed exploratory work for an additional well, began building a water reservoir, constructed a student dorm and equipment shed, relocated solar panels, installed water tower, water tanks, and road culverts.

South B key areas of focus included: * Staff salaries and program materials for youth and orphan support. * Purchase of existing housing units to expand facilities.

Short-term missions trips

CapEx and operations expenses for Homa Bay, Siaya, and transportation for all sites. GOYA allocated funds to Homa Bay to support local operations, primarily assisting ministry partners with essential operations support. In Siaya, GOYA allocated funds to support operations and in church planting through new church construction. For all sites, GOYA invested funds to support medical and dental care for students and staff, including surgeries and specialized treatments. Funds were also allocated to university and vocational student scholarships to those pursuing post-secondary education, continuing GOYA's investment in long-term individual empowerment.
