To establish a community for mentally impaired adults and operate programs and services and support the financial security of residents through a combination of fundraising and charges set at an amount sufficient to pay operating expenses, amortize indebtedness, maintain reserves adequate to provide life care of its residents, and set aside enough for maintenance and expansion to meet the needs of the community as a whole.
