Mission

To encourage women's discipleship around the world by initiating, facilitating, and funding events and activities; laying groundwork, training, and teaching classes; and providing resources that Biblically teach or train women; in addition, to support financially those missionary-minded women just discovering, actively training towards, or furthering these said goals. Understanding that to achieve the end goal of discipleship, we must promote, support, and participate in any activity that would disciple the women that serve with us into ministry, demonstrate those benefiting from our services the possibilities of what they could participate in, and show those that see it done what the end result looks like. In while pursuing the above endeavors, to maintain the attitude of "the Good Samaritan" so that if passing by a critical need to be careful to maintain good works, thus lending physical/financial assistance so that our good would not be ill spoken of due to blindness or indifference

Programs

3 programs

Up & Out was created to help transition young adults and often first generation college students into adulthood. Functions of the program may include mentoring, tutoring, missionary travel, ministry training, financial help, employment advisement, academic training programs, and on a discretionary basis, meeting some of their financial needs. The program name is indicative of the direction we hope these individuals, that we would help give them a leg up so that they can make out it out there on their own.

Missions - Missions is an important aspect of our training, both domestically and internationally. Missions opportunities provide a platform in which one can learn how to minister cross-culturally. This past year, we went to Romania and took numerous trips out to Navajo Nation.

Remaining programs include: Community Outreach - We regularly reach out to the community with various events and outreach efforts such as fall festivals, Christmas and Easter festivities and year-round meals and gatherings. We continue to look for opportunities to reach the communities where we serve. Good Samaritan - This program specifically allots for being able to help out in needful situations because as Christians, we are responsible for what we see as we continue in our own mission and cannot turn a blind eye. For example, this includes supporting Ugandan orphans, emergency hospital visits, or helping a brother in need. DIM (Discipleship in Mission) - This is the nuts and bolts of practical training for ladies under the leadership of trained women where younger women in the Lord are able to learn how to minister in real world situations such as assisting in a new church plant, helping to run a ministry event, learning how to reach out to a soul in need, working with inner city children in a weekly community outreach, administering a Bible College, field calls in the middle of the night for hospital visits, or just sitting with an elderly couple and letting them know they are not forgotten. The goal of this program is to help women develop their skills and gifts so that they can function in their vocation to the fullest potential. Missions - Missions is an important aspect of our training, both domestically and internationally. Missions opportunities provide a platform in which one can learn how to minister cross-culturally.
