In 2024 grace4kenya provided a $113,660 grant to bible faith church of kenya (bfck). This included capital grants of $7,000 for 5 motorcycles and $31,000 for the building fund. The balance of the grants was used for operating expenses to subsidize the 30 pastors salaries with benefits, travel expenses, and meetings, plus administrative expenses for the denomination. A $10,000 grant was included for the second year of a scholarship fund. The motorcycles have been a huge help to the pastors so that they can reach homebound members and attend meetings for training, planning, encouragement, and prayer. The ministry is expanding with growing congregations and new church plants.
In 2024, grace4kenya charitable foundation provided a $46,901 operating grant for george kendagor christian academy to bridge the gap between school fees collected and the cost of running the school. The school serves a disadvantaged area populated mostly by subsistence farmers and many of the students are on scholarship or cannot pay their school fees. They are now using quickbooks to track expenses, a payroll package, operating software to track school fee payments, opened a bank account explicitly for the school, and opened an mpesa account to facilitate collecting school fees and paying payroll.
