The corporation is organized to perform charitable activities within the meaning of internal revenue code section 501(c)(3) and texas tax code section 11.18(c) to hold, manage, solicit, receive, administer and invest property for the exclusive use, benefits and support of graham regional medical center, graham, texas, a governmental unit under internal revenue code 170 (c) (1), and to be responsive to the needs and demands of graham regional medical center.
