GRANADA HILLS VETERANS' PARK - enhance and maintain, including utilities, insurance, etc. Has become iconic of Granada Hills, as a well-known central spot for many holiday observances. Have an in-perpetuity agreement with the City of Los Angeles to maintain and improve.
