Mission

To promote educational and spiritual growth through a campus ministry, an outreach to the business community, international students and use of the ministry house by other local non-profit organizations.

Lodge facility: the 7,800 square foot home serves as a gathering place for group meetings, social events, meals, bible studies not only by our organization but by other non-profits in the johnson city community. No charges or fees are collected for the use in the ministry house.

Expenses: $33K

Lodge business/spiritual mentorship: this program is offered to students who express an interest in being mentored by a local businessmen in the areas of spiritual growth and business/career goals. These men get to live in the lodge with other students in the mentor program to promote social interactions and community among those in the program. Rent is not charged for the facility rooms, however each resident is required to pay their share of facility expenses such as utilities. As part of the program each resident is also required to work at least one one hour per week on the house to keep it clean and safe.

International student fellowship: an outreach to international students attending east tennessee state university. This ministry includes bible studies, a weekly meal at the house and various outing and events to provide foreign students an opportunity for spiritual growth and social interaction. The ministry also helps provide needed necessities to international students such as bikes, other transportation around town, sheets, warm clothes, etc. When students arrive in the states they are usually not prepared for life in the states or the harsh winter weather in tennessee. Lodge business lunch: this is an outreach to the johnson city community at large and invites local businesses to get involved with local non-profits and includes a monthly lunch at the lodge and a monthly bible study for the business community.
