Post-secondary educational expenses. This program provides all of the tuition and fees as well as living expenses for college students who grew up at the orphanage as well as a select number of scholarship students from the secondary school built next to the orphanage and provides for 14 college students during the course of the year.

Developmental projects, including both continued construction at the school as well as a tailoring project begun at the orphanage. Laying of the foundation of the multipurpose building/dining hall at angel secondary school and adding 8 additional sewing machines and opening up the tailoring project to more young men and women at angel house learning how to sew.
