Our mission is to promote the protection and enhancement of water quality and water resources in the Great Lakes. Freshwater Future builds effective community-based initiatives to protect and restore the water quality of the Great Lakes basin.

Provided opportunities for residents to educate elected officials and agency staff on need for water affordability programs, ensuring resource extraction activities protect water needs for equitable distribution of water infrastructure funds and the need to protect water system customers from lead and other contaminants.
