To provide an educational program for the study, discussion & dissem- ination of information relating to the laws of federal, state & local taxation in nebraska for members of the nebraska bar association & the nebraska society of certified public accountants & other interested members of the public. To provide research, debate & evaluation in the field of taxation as an integral part of such instructional program; and to effect the educational purposes of the corporation either directly or by contribution to organizations that qualify as exempt scientific, literary or educational organizations that qualify as 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code.
