Resident services- greater baltimore ahc, inc.'s (ahc - gb) nationally recognized resident services division works with residents in four main program areas: financial resilience, health/wellness, education/youth development, and community building. Ahc- gb's community relations (cr) team provides communications, fundraising, and community engagement services that advances their mission and contributes to community understanding of affordable housing and related issues. Ahc gb is committed to seeking resident input and elevating resident agency in all we do.

Home ownership - greater baltimore ahc, inc. (ahc-gb) purchased and rehabilitated 16 single family townhomes in the park heights neighborhood to promote neighborhood revitalization for first-time homeowners. To date, fifteen townhomes have been sold.
