To support and promote tourism-related activites, events and projects to enhance the image and culture and develop the economic and social prosperity of the hamilton county, tennessee area and otherwise pursue such charitable activities within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code, and thereby lessen the burden of government.
