Greater dallas hispanic chamber of commerce's us department oftransportation (dot) program strives to increase utilization of small,disadvantaged and/or minority-owned businesses in its procurement andcontracting processes. The gulf region small business transportationresouce center (sbtrc) is one of eleven regional field offices of theus departmet of transportation's office of small and disadvantagedbusiness utilization (osdbu). The gulf regions sbtrc provides servicesto small businesses in the states of texas, louisiana, oklahoma, andnew mexico.
The gdhcc covid-19 small business support program is a covid 19initiative designed to help and support small minority and woman ownedbusiness via technical assistance, education and training, to enhancebusiness operations and business opportunities, as well as connect toexisting gdhcc and partner resources associated with the ongoingcovid-19 recovery and relief efforts.
